LC Web Creations is a web design business operated by Louise Cook, based in Galway, Ireland. We specialise in WordPress website design and maintenance for female-led service businesses.

• Book a discovery call via Calendly (your name and email address).
• Sign up to our email list via a form or lead magnet on this website (your email
address, and in some cases your name and quiz responses).
• Become a client and complete our onboarding form via Tally (business details, brand
information, and other details relevant to your project).

• Pages visited, time spent on the site, and how you arrived at the site

This information is collected via Google Analytics and is used solely to understand how our website is performing and to improve the user experience.

• To schedule and confirm discovery calls booked via Calendly.
• To send you email newsletters, tips, and updates about our services (where you have subscribed)
• To deliver lead magnet content and follow-up email sequences based on your quiz results.
• To onboard you as a client and manage the delivery of your website project.
• To monitor and improve website performance through analytics.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond those listed above without your separate consent.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your data only with trusted third-party providers who help us deliver our services.
These providers act as data processors and are required to handle your data securely and in compliance with GDPR.


1. Calendly
We use Calendly to manage discovery call bookings. When you book a call, your name and email address are processed by Calendly.

2. MailerLite
We use MailerLite to manage our email list and send marketing communications. Your email address (and name, where provided) is stored in MailerLite. Our email list is segmented based on your quiz responses so that we can send you relevant content.

3. Zapier
We use Zapier to connect our quiz tool (Tally) with MailerLite, passing your quiz responses and email address securely between the two platforms for the purpose of list segmentation.

4. Tally
We use Tally to collect quiz responses (for our lead magnet) and to gather client onboarding information. Data collected through Tally forms is used solely for the purpose stated on each form.

5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised information about how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google through analytics.

6. Email Marketing
If you subscribe to our email list, we will send you communications about web design, business tips, and our services. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email we send, or by contacting us at hello@lcwebcreations.ie.


We do not send marketing emails to anyone who has not explicitly opted in.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:
• Email subscribers: your data is held in MailerLite for as long as you remain subscribed. On unsubscription, your data is removed promptly.
• Client onboarding and project data: retained for 3 years from the end of your project, then securely deleted.
• Calendly booking data: retained in accordance with Calendly’s own data retention policy.
• Website analytics data: retained in Google Analytics for 26 months.

8. Your Data Protection Rights

Under GDPR and Irish data protection law, you have the following rights:
• Right of access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure: You can ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances.
• Right to restriction: You can ask us to restrict how we process your data.
• Right to object: You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Right to data portability: You can request that we transfer your data to you or another organisation.
• Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent (e.g. email marketing), you may withdraw it at any time.

We will respond to all requests within one month. There is no charge for exercising your
